Follow me as I try to lose weight with the Wii Fit!

Wii Fit Balance BoardI started my Wii Fit challenge because I have always struggled with traditional exercise programs. I hope this experiment answers the question of whether I can get fitter and lose a few pounds while playing Nintendo.

Timeline: 8 weeks. Goal: Lose 15 lbs. Method: Nintendo’s Wii Fit for 30-45 minutes a day, six days a week.
